Ashley co-wrote "Anchor" with Andrew Douglas and Nathan Beatty, the same talented duo who produced her Top 80 Music Row charting track "Tequila." Ashley Puckett was born and raised in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, just east of Pittsburgh. She developed her interest in music at a young age. She refined her skills by participating in vocal competitions, community events, and open mic nights before making her mark in pubs and clubs.
Ashley, who has been influenced by great musicians such as Lee Ann Womack, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Jo Dee Messina, Carole King, and LeAnn Rimes, has created a distinct sound that combines soft rock and rock pop with country origins.
Ashley picked up the guitar at sixteen and started creating songs, beginning on an adventure that included skydiving and bungee jumping. Her road took her to Tonic Studios, where she collaborated with world-renowned singer/songwriter/producer Bryan Cole and head sound engineer Doug Kasper.
Ashley's debut album Never Say Never was made possible by the collaboration of great musicians such as Mike Brignardello, John Willis, Mike Johnson, Heidi Engel, Tammy Petty, and newcomer Adam Ernst. Her first single, "Medicine," was released on MTS Records on February 14, 2020, and charted nationally, followed by the chart-topping hits "Bulletproof" and "What's Her Name." In 2023, her self-penned single "Tequila" debuted on the Music Row country charts.
